Gentle Flow

  • A slow-paced, calming practice focused on breath, stretching, and relaxation. Perfect for beginners, recovery, or anyone looking to unwind.

Mild Vinyasa

  • A steady, moderately-paced flow linking movement with breath. Ideal for those who want a balanced, energized class.

Power Flow

  • A dynamic, strength-building vinyasa class with a faster pace and more intensity. Great for students seeking a strong, active practice.

*DROP-IN CLASSES: $20

  • Reduced rate for college students & 55+ (please specify when signing up): $18

*5 CLASS PASS: $75

*10 CLASS PASS: $140

How to Sign Up for Classes:

To book a class, please email rootingwithinhealth@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Date & time you’re interested in

  • Number of people attending

  • Name of all attendees

  • Experience level of each participant (beginner, some experience, advanced)

*You will receive a confirmation email + details about location.

*If you do not have experience - that is ok - poses can always be modified with variations!
