Power Flow
A dynamic, strength-building vinyasa class with a faster pace and more intensity. Great for students seeking a strong, active practice.

How to Sign Up for Classes:

Date & time you’re interested in
Number of people attending
Name of all attendees
Experience level of each participant (beginner, some experience, advanced)
*You will receive a confirmation email + details about location.
*If you do not have experience - that is ok - poses can always be modified with variations!
