Kimberly Williamson is a podcast host, health coach, registered dental hygienist, registered yoga teacher, and wellness advocate dedicated to transforming oral healthcare through education, transparency, and systemic reform.
She is the Founder of Rooting Within Health, where she hosts a "gloves-off" podcast amplifying silenced voices in dentistry and exploring the powerful connections between oral and systemic health. Through her 1:1 health coaching practice, she works with busy women — with a soft spot for moms like her — who are ready to understand the connection between their oral health and their whole-body wellness, and make lasting changes on their own terms.
Kimberly acquired her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England and attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she developed her integrative health coaching practice. With over a decade of experience in preventative clinical care, she combines her clinical background with her passion for health and wellness to provide a space that fosters meaningful change and sustainable behavior modifications for clients and patients alike. She is currently pursuing her National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC).
She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance and weaves breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic awareness into her holistic approach — helping clients connect mind and body for lasting wellness.
Kimberly resides in New England with her husband, three children, a Maine Coon cat named Ansel Adams, two rescue dogs Jane Austen and Nola Noelle, and numerous unnamed fish.
