Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Williamson, RDH, CIHC, is a registered dental hygienist, certified integrative health coach, wellness advocate, and podcast host dedicated to transforming oral healthcare through education, transparency, and systemic reform.

She acquired her bachelor of science in dental hygiene from the University of New England and attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she developed her integrative health coaching practice.

With over 12 years of experience in preventative clinical care, Kimberly combines her love of dentistry with her passion for health and wellness to provide a space that fosters meaningful change and sustainable behavior modifications for clients and patients alike.

She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance and weaves breath work, mindful movement, and somatic awareness into her holistic approach, helping clients connect mind and body for lasting wellness.

Kimberly resides in New England with her husband, three children, a Maine Coon cat named Ansel Adams, a rescued salto puppy from Puerto Rico named Jane Austen, and numerous unnamed fish.
