Why Give?

Why This Exists

The profession doesn't reflect the patients it serves.

When CODA dropped the diversity standards for dental education programs, it sent a clear message: representation is optional.

Representation matters. Access matters. Different cultures matter.

This scholarship exists to give aspiring dental hygienists a fair shot—especially those who have been historically underrepresented and underserved.

It's time we demand better.
